ATS Tourmaline has some of the finest floor plans in the region, perhaps among the best. It offers good value for money. The project enjoys the benefit of a low-density layout with great open space. Strategic location next to Delhi, the airport, and key commercial hubs makes it highly desirable. The resale prices are also very competitive with other projects in the same vicinity. Nevertheless, although the quality of construction is good, it does not stand to the mark that had been set by the previous ventures of ATS in Noida. The club house remains incomplete; it also suffers from waterlogging-related issues during the rainy season. Hence, one has to weigh the pros and cons to decide whether the project is suited to his tastes or not.

There is no new supply in ATS Tourmaline. The resale flats are available in the project. Resale prices for the units begin from ₹11,500 per sq ft and have a maximum limit of ₹12,500 per sq ft. Penthouses in the project are about ₹5.50 crore.

A tourmaline offer with great amenities such as a large pool, large green areas, and different sports facilities exists. The clubhouse is planned, but yet to be fully constructed. Other amenities, like modular wardrobes, all the required appliances in the apartments, and parking places, are functional.

With its impressive floor plans, great open space, and a low-density layout, the project connects well with the target locations in Delhi, the airport, and commercial hubs along Dwarka Expressway. Resale prices are also competing with the rest of the area. Cons: Construction quality is not as good as the earlier projects of ATS in Noida. There is no clubhouse yet and the entrance road gets waterlogging during rains. This problem is prevalent with most Gurugram projects.
