ATS Tourmaline has some of the finest floor plans in the region, perhaps among the best. It offers good value for money. The project enjoys the benefit of a low-density layout with great open space. Strategic location next to Delhi, the airport, and key commercial hubs makes it highly desirable. The resale prices are also very competitive with other projects in the same vicinity. Nevertheless, although the quality of construction is good, it does not stand to the mark that had been set by the previous ventures of ATS in Noida. The club house remains incomplete; it also suffers from waterlogging-related issues during the rainy season. Hence, one has to weigh the pros and cons to decide whether the project is suited to his tastes or not.
