Amrapali Crystal Homes was introduced in 2013. Encountered delays attributed to problems with its developers management issues. Following its transfer to NBCC in 2020 though construction picked up pace significantly. The project is approaching its stages now. Almost all of the seven towers are close to completion. Are set to be ready for possession, by the end of this year. The two remaining towers are projected to be constructed by December 2025.
Hundreds of homebuyers were still waiting for delivery due to multiple delays on account of fund mismanagement and diversion, while an Amrapali row in 2019 led to the court transferring all Amrapali projects to NBCC for completion. Hope, of course, exists here as well since NBCC has delivered some projects and is nearing possession for many others, including this.
The left fresh inventory in the project is hardly any. The sales are now happening through resale at ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 per sq ft. However, the court receiver still doesn't allow the transfer of ownership and all transactions happen on the ATS basis. Hence the pricing is quite justifiable especially since no new construction projects in central Noida are available at this price point. This has consequently sparked immense interest in the project within the last six months.
